People actually pay to get a workout routine which–aside from being a fitness professional–seems a little criminal to me. “I know something you don’t know!”
So I wanted to share a quick link to you from a different site I host that has several free workout routines.
Biggest key to effective exercise is move your body–and move it in a way that is enjoyable to you. You may be thinking “Great, I don’t like ANY exercise.” Which may seem true but the reality is you like “being lazy”. We all do, it is natural–a survival instinct in all of us to exist without complication. Exercise can cause increased heart rate, sweat, fatigue and a need for our body to adapt to make it less challenging–our body does not want that challenge–AT FIRST! There is something for everyone when you consider all we are required to do is move our body more than we already do now. So–when you park in the parking lot do not circle the closest spots like a vulture–park further down and take an extra 45 seconds walking into the store, to your job, to your destination objective
So–what exercise do you already do that you had no idea was exercise? Listening to music while you clean or cook dinner? Move more while you do it. Going to get the mail–walk faster–you get the idea right?
